As a Social Media Sales Associate at Desert West Digital, your primary role is to generate and qualify leads via social media platforms such as Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, and other local digital communities. You will engage with potential clients, pitch Desert West Digital’s services, and fill out a lead form for us to process when those leads express interest.

Key Responsibilities

• • Prospect and generate leads in Facebook Groups, Nextdoor, and other relevant local online communities.
  • Engage with potential clients, respond to inquiries, and pitch Desert West Digital’s service offerings.
  • Fill out a custom lead form when a prospect expresses interest in our services (including low-tier, mid-tier, or high-tier services).
  • Submit a custom form with the required lead details to the Sales team for further processing.
  • Follow up with prospects to ensure they are moving through the sales pipeline.
  • Focus on generating qualified leads that are likely to convert into paying clients.

Earnings Potential

Commission structure based on the lead quality and conversion:

• • Low-Tier Leads: $100 per lead that converts to a paying client
  • Mid-Tier Leads: $150 per lead that converts to a paying client
  • High-Tier Leads: $250 per lead that converts to a paying client

Uncapped commission with opportunities to earn more based on performance.
