Quotes that go out and never get a follow-up. Reorders nobody chases. A forecast built by calling around. I fix the systems behind your quotes, orders and repeat business so your team follows up on time and leadership can see what's coming.
Manufacturing and distribution sales don't look like a software funnel. Work starts with an RFQ or a customer reorder, runs through quotes and revisions, turns into purchase orders, and comes back as repeat business. Accounts have parent companies, ship-to locations and buyers who change.
Most CRMs in this space were set up once and left alone. Reps keep quotes in spreadsheets or email, the ERP holds the real order history, and leadership builds the forecast by calling around. The CRM ends up as a contact list.
I work with manufacturing & distribution companies doing roughly $10M to $100M a year. Most run Salesforce or HubSpot, or are about to. Some are still on spreadsheets, and that's fine too.
Every engagement starts with the $3,500 CRM & Revenue Systems Audit. It shows where work and money leak, what it's costing you and what to fix first. From there, a monthly retainer is where the fixes get built, in the Salesforce, HubSpot or other systems you already use.
See services & pricing →Most clients start with the audit. If you already know what needs fixing, we can talk about starting with a retainer. You approve the number before any work starts.
Fixed price. About 2 to 3 weeks. I trace how work moves from first inquiry to paid invoice and show you where it leaks, what it's costing you and what to fix first.
Up to 10 hours a month of hands-on fixes in your systems, done async. Month to month.
Up to 20 hours a month for bigger builds and steadier change. Month to month.
Audit credit: The full $3,500 audit fee is credited toward your retainer if you start within 30 days of delivery. It can be spread across your first months. Unused credit has no cash value and ends if the retainer is cancelled. Limited availability: I take on no more than two retainer clients at a time.
I started in sales, then spent years in-house building and fixing the systems that sales, service and finance teams depend on: who follows up and when, how won work gets handed off, how deals get approved and how leadership gets its numbers. Salesforce and HubSpot are where most of that work happened, but the job was always the business process, not the software.
I still lead revenue operations in-house full time. That's why Desert West Digital is async and capped at two retainer clients.
