Terms & Policies

Terms, refunds and privacy, in plain English.

This page sums up how buying from Desert West Digital works. If anything here differs from what you were shown when you bought, the terms you were shown at purchase win. Questions? Email [email protected].

Kits and blueprints

Kits and blueprints are one-time digital purchases. You can use them across your own company. Please don't resell or redistribute them.

14-day refund: if a kit or blueprint isn't right for you, email me within 14 days of purchase for a full refund to the card you paid with, no questions asked. You don't need to send anything back.

Kit credits: where a page offers one, the full kit price comes off a service within 60 days of purchase, one credit per kit purchase, applied to one service. Mention the email you used at checkout. Refunded kits don't earn a credit, and credits have no cash value.

Lost your download link? Email me from the address you used at checkout.

Setup help and ongoing support aren't included with kits or blueprints unless the page says so.

30-minute troubleshooting session ($350)

One 30-minute video call on one topic, held on weekday evenings or weekends, Arizona time. You'll get a calendar invite within 2 business days.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows, aren't refunded.

Ongoing support after the session isn't included.

Rapid Fixes

Each Rapid Fix has a fixed price and a fixed scope shown on the page. Deadlines start once I have access to your systems, and I'll send access instructions within 2 business days.

If your situation isn't a fit for the fixed scope, you get a full refund. If you want more than the scope covers, you'll get a fixed price for the extra work before anything is done.

Each Rapid Fix ends at delivery. Ongoing support isn't included.

Done-for-you small business setups ($497 each, $1,297 for all four)

The Missed-Call Text-Back, Lead Follow-Up, Review Request and Get-Paid-Faster setups are $497 each, one time, or $1,297 for all four. Everything is handled by email.

Setups take about 7 business days after I have your answers and access to your tools.

If your tools can't run the setup, I'll tell you before any work starts and you get a full refund.

Texting and software fees from your own providers (your phone, texting or software tools) aren't included. You pay those directly.

Bought the matching kit? Its full price comes off one setup, under the kit credit rules above.

I can't promise a number of calls, reviews, jobs or payments. The setups help you respond faster; results depend on your business.

Keep-It-Running Upkeep ($49/month)

Upkeep is optional. It covers a monthly check, fixes for anything I built that breaks, and wording updates when your hours, prices or services change.

It renews monthly until you cancel. Cancel anytime by emailing [email protected]; it stops at the end of the month you've paid for. Past months aren't refunded.

Weekly leads dashboard

When your phone or texting tool can share call data, each done-for-you setup includes a weekly dashboard and Monday email, free for 30 days from when your setup is ready. I'll confirm during setup whether your tool supports it.

Some tools (for example a plain cell phone or Google Voice) can't share call data, and some only do on higher-priced plans. If yours can't, the setup still works; you just won't get the dashboard. The dashboard isn't sold separately and isn't refunded on its own.

After 30 days, the dashboard keeps going while you're on Upkeep. Numbers like "jobs at risk" are estimates based on the figures you give me, not guarantees.

Audits and retainers (mid-market work)

The CRM & Revenue Systems Audit is $3,500, fixed. You approve the price before any work starts. No hourly billing and no change orders. You keep the findings and the plan whether or not we keep working together.

Audit credit: the full $3,500 is credited toward your retainer if you start within 30 days of delivery. It can be spread across your first three months. Unused credit has no cash value and ends if the retainer is cancelled.

Retainers are month to month. Give 30 days' notice to stop. If a month needs more than your plan covers, we agree on it in writing first; nothing gets billed by surprise.

Anyone who booked or was quoted before October 4, 2026 keeps the terms they were shown. A signed client agreement, if we have one, takes priority over this page.

Privacy and your data

What I collect: what you give me (name, email, business details, setup answers) and, for setups with a dashboard, your call and lead records: phone numbers, call times, missed or answered status and texts sent by the setup.

How I use it: only to build and run your setup, your dashboard and your Monday email, and to reply to you. I don't sell or rent your data or your customers' data, and I don't use it for advertising.

Access to your tools: I never ask for your passwords. Where a tool needs a connection key (API key or token), you enter it in a secure form, it's stored encrypted, and it's only used to read the call data your dashboard needs. Please never send keys by email. You can revoke a key in your tool at any time.

Who else touches it: trusted services I use to run the business, like my web host, payment processor (Stripe) and email sender, only as needed to deliver what you bought. The site uses privacy-friendly analytics (Umami) without advertising cookies.

How long I keep it: while your setup or Upkeep is active. Ask and I'll delete your call data and stored keys within 30 days of you leaving, except records I need to keep for taxes or accounting.

Your choices: email me to see, correct or delete your data. Kits like the Quote-to-Paid Kit keep your data on your own device, so I can't see it.

The fine print, kept short

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are handled by Stripe.

I fix what I built if it doesn't work as described, as each offer says. I'm not responsible for outages or changes in third-party tools, hosting or carriers, and my total responsibility for any purchase is limited to what you paid for it.

These terms are governed by Arizona law.

I may update this page; changes don't affect purchases already made.
